When Two Passionate Chefs Meet

Guy Savoy is the embodiment of French gastronomy. Known for his constant quest for emotion in his dishes, he redefines the codes of culinary refinement.

Jérôme Perche, chef and founder of Perche & Giraud, carries the legacy of modern Mediterranean cuisine. A disciple of Escoffier, his savoir-faire and love of premium products have won him many top chefs.

Their collaboration was born of an inspiring meeting in Paris, where Guy Savoy was touched by Jérôme's passion and vision. They share the same ambition: to create dishes that awaken the inner child and celebrate the flavors of childhood and gourmandise.
