Opening of our Showroom in Bandol

In November 2024, Perche & Giraud will mark a turning point in their development with the opening of their new showroom in Bandol, housed in Jérôme Perche's former butcher's shop.

 

The showroom is intended to be much more than a simple exhibition space: it will become a genuine meeting place for Perche & Giraud's customers, suppliers and partners.

A Space Reinvented for Excellence

The decision to transform this former butcher's shop into a showroom was a natural one for Jérôme and Sophie. This new space will enable Perche & Giraud to devote themselves fully to their new projects, while providing a welcoming and elegant setting for receiving their contacts. 

 

The butcher's shop, once open to the public to sell exceptional meats, is now only a space reserved for professionals. This change marks a new direction in their strategy, focused on haute gastronomy and prestigious collaborations.

It's an intimate place, far removed from the usual commercial atmosphere, a cocoon where haute cuisine takes center stage.

The History of Butchery: A Place of Passion

Before this transformation, the butcher's shop represented for Jérôme Perche a space where he could introduce his customers to top-quality products from carefully selected breeders and producers. It was a way for him to showcase his commitment to excellence and share his passion for exceptional ingredients. 

 

The desire to always offer the best remains at the heart of their approach today, but this time in a more intimate and sophisticated setting.

Why Bandol?

The choice of Bandol to host this showroom is far from trivial. This town, world-famous for its wines, offers an exceptional living environment, between sea and countryside, with easy access to the main routes to Provence and the Côte d'Azur.

 

This strategic location enables Perche & Giraud to cover a wide geographical area while benefiting from an ideal setting for their activities.

Opening in December 2024

The official inauguration of the showroom will take place in December 2024. This event will bring together Perche & Giraud 's customers, partners and suppliers for a unique gastronomic experience. On this occasion, they will present their new menu, including their signature pieces, as well as their collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Guy Savoy.

 

 

The idea behind this event is to create a gastronomic discovery that unfolds with the finesse of a jewel unveiled. A meticulous scenography will be set up to offer a refined and memorable evening, without going overboard.
