A Selection Based on Quality and Trust
Lorsque Jérôme Perche et Sophie Giraud ont été contactés par l’équipe d’organisation, tout a commencé par une dégustation, où ils ont eu l’occasion de démontrer l’étendue de leur expertise.
We met with the Bâtonnier and his staff to present our menu and values. This meeting confirmed our ability to manage such an event with rigor and passion.
Sophie
Meticulous organization
Managing the logistics of a 2,500-strong event is no mean feat. From furniture rental to team coordination, everything has been thought out in advance to ensure that D-Day goes off without a hitch.
We met with the Bâtonnier and his staff to present our menu and values. This meeting confirmed our ability to manage such an event with rigor and passion.
Jérôme
The major challenge? Managing a fluid service with no on-site water supply and a limited number of trucks for storage. Despite these constraints, Perche & Giraud succeeded in maintaining its quality standards, proving that rigor and anticipation are the keys to success.
A tailor-made menu for 2,500 people
Le cocktail dînatoire comprenait des pièces salées et des animations culinaires, suivies de pièces sucrées. Chaque détail, du choix des produits à la présentation, a été soigneusement pensé pour offrir aux invités une expérience gastronomique mémorable.
We created customized parts to meet logistical constraints, while retaining control over quality.
Jérôme
Perfect coordination between Sophie and Jérôme
On D-day, the division of tasks was clear: Jérôme, in the kitchen, was in charge of production, culinary animations and team coordination, while Sophie was in charge of service and customer relations.
With over 130 people to manage, Jérôme and Sophie ensured that each cook, waiter and maître d' remained focused on his or her tasks, while checking that service met customer expectations.
We worked hand in hand to make sure that everything went according to plan, overseeing every detail, from the interim teams to the verification of processes in the field. We spent the evening intervening where necessary, ensuring that everything went according to plan.
Towards New Challenges
After this success, the Perche & Giraud team has no intention of stopping there.
Whether there are 17 or 2,500 people, the organization changes, but our demand for quality never does.
Always driven by their passion for French gastronomy and excellence, they never lose sight of the importance of quality, whether for an intimate wedding or a large-scale event.
Next year, we'll be organizing an event for 5,000 people in Paris, and this time we'll be managing the entire organization.
This experience has shown us that when we have total control, we can guarantee perfect mastery of the event.
