A Fairytale Wedding in a Provencal Château

The festivities kicked off at 4.30pm with a refreshing welcome of lemonade, allowing the 186 guests to enjoy the elegance of the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. At the bride and groom's request, the three-hour vin d'honneur was conceived as a true culinary experience.

Seasonal flavors under the Château sun

Guests were able to savour cocktail pieces before discovering the culinary animations, imagined to sublimate seasonal flavours and offer an interactive experience:

  • Tomato and Mozzarella entertainment: A colorful buffet featuring tomato and burrata varieties, enhanced by quality olive oils.
  • Smoked salmon animation: Label Rouge with fromage frais, Isigny cream with chives, blinis, brioche and sandwich bread.
  • Fish à la Plancha: Red mullet, Saint-Pierre, sea bream and monkfish, served with homemade sauces (pesto, lemon, aioli).
  • Scallops and Foie Gras animation: Prepared à la minute, scallops were accompanied by leek fondue, pan-fried foie gras, various breads and onion confit.

The château's terrace, bathed in the golden light of the setting sun, provided the perfect setting for this moment of sharing and indulgence.
